Campus Housing

Those registered to stay on campus will be housed in Trinity Hall (#44 on Campus Map). 

Check-In Hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM at Trinity Hall on July 1, 2, and 3. Those arriving on June 30, July 4 or outside of these hours will go to the Security Gatehouse (#41 on Campus Map) to pick up keys.

Check Out: Guests must return keys before leaving campus. A drop off box is located on the first-floor lobby reception desk. All guests must vacate the dorm by 1:30 pm on Sunday, July 9.

  • ​Fully air-conditioned and handicap-accessible. 
  • Suite layout (double room suites are comprised of two double rooms and a shared split bathroom) 
  • Linens are supplied (pillow, towel, washcloth, hand towel, thin blanket, sheets).
  • If you have signed up for the “Family 3 plan”, you must bring a sleeping bag or other type of bed for the third person.
  • Phones and Wi-Fi:
    • Bring a cell phone; there are no phones in the rooms. 
    • Restricted wi-fi network
    • E-mail servers are not accessible, but all e-mail can be opened through a browser.
  • Kitchen in Trinity Hall:
    • Facility on 1st floor has one full-size freezer, but no refrigerator.
    • Microwave and stove/oven unit
    • Pots/pans, dishes, cookware, and utensils are NOT provided.
  • Laundry machines
    • Laundry machines use cards (NO COINS). 
    • Cards can be purchased from a vending machine. near the post office in the Waybright Center.  
*Those staying on campus will receive dormitory room keys from the TIU staff at the Trinity Hall help desk. A $35 charge will be incurred for any lost keys. 

CSI and Campus Policies

  • No smoking, drugs, alcoholic beverages, or pets are allowed in campus buildings or on campus grounds.
  • Parents are expected to remain with their children during meals and leisure time, as well as during classes.  
  • Parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children while attending the Institute.
All students and siblings must be accompanied by a parent or another responsible adult during the Institute.

Practice Rooms
  • Available in the McLennan Music Wing (176, 177, 179, 1-3, 180, 181, and 182)
  • Sign-up sheets for rooms with pianos will be posted on the doors of the practice rooms every evening.
  • Only pianists may reserve time in rooms with pianos.
  • Please reserve only 30 minutes per person, per day.
  • Please do not use rooms with pianos unless you are  a pianist or need to rehearse with a pianist.
