Registration and Orientation
Choose one of the two registration packet pick-up times listed below:
Tuesday, July 4 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. OR Wednesday, July 5 from 7:45- 8:00 a.m. at the McLennan Academic Building Music Lobby (see campus map).
Newly arriving participants must attend an Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, July 5 at 8:00 am in the McLennan Lobby.

- Your individualized class schedule
- Meal cards (if applicable)
- General information about the Institute
On-Campus Housing:
- Dormitory keys will be handed out by Trinity International University staff when you check-in at the dorm (Trinity Hall)

Course Dates and Times
- July 5 - July 7: 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
- July 8: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- July 9: 8:30 a.m.- no later than 1:00 p.m.
Course Information
- There will be 2-3 hours of lecture each day from July 5 - July 7, allowing time for student class observations.
- 8 hours of observation must be completed before student classes end on Friday afternoon.
- Beginning observations promptly on July 5 is strongly recommended.
- You will be given student class information at orientation to aid you in finding classes to observe.
